Interest Form for Kids Pony School or "Parent, Pony & Me" sessions

Since both of these programs require a minimum of 4 children we schedule new classes when we gather enough interest. By submitting this form we will respond to the status of a new class starting, and re-contact you when enough children have been added to the list to start a new group.
